Hi Calirodoz,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We will be more than happy to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing. May we know what Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku stream bar, Roku TV-Specify) Please try to update the system of your Roku by going to settings, system, system update, and check now. After updating the software on your Roku, try again to search for the channel or app.We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind regards,
John

Thank you for the quick reply. My Roku is built into a Hisense TV, 6series-58 and the software was updated this morning. Software version 12.5.0 build 4176-CH

What makes you think Blink has a Roku app? According to this, Roku is not listed as supported:

Maybe there was once an app, but they pulled it.
