App Roku smart home doesn’t download

We have 2 Roku devices. - tv’s loaded on an old app.

we have iPhone and Google play but phones based in uk

we bought a new Roku doorbell  and have to download Roku smart home - you can not do this on a uk phone App Store so how do I access my doorbell pictures
