I'm having the same issue with Roku Express 3930x and it updated a few days ago successfully too Build 5934, but now it says the ROKU is not connected to the internet but it is, connection is excellent. I'm guessing it's something missing in their software update that is beyond fixable by the consumer. I can still watch using Build 5934, but have to turn the TV off and back on to get rid of the black screen from Build 5937. My ISP provider says it's not them and to check with ROKU's software programmer so here I am.
