If you click on the button to download the JSON, does it pull down a file?
Another question what version of WordPress is the site using?
When you click on the url "
https://www.lifegeni.us/wp-json/tv/roku/"I get the error "The requested URL /wp-json/tv/roku/ was not found on this server."
The permalink that is set up for posts and pages in WordPress won't have any bearing on this plugin since it is generating a JSON file to feed to Roku.
I don't see that there is a permission issue, the error indicates that the file is not found.
Is this on a shared hosting platform or something like that it might be a restriction of the hosting platform.
