DASH Streams trick mode, doesnt seem to follow the spec

Roku Streamtester player doesnt seem to play video when using trickmode as mentioned here:https://dashif.org/docs/DASH-IF-IOP-v4.2-clean.htm#_Toc511040730 can anyone share a sample working DA...

    Roku now support getting thumbnails from manifest, you can check their samples.
