Tooltip / Callout in Postergrid

The old Roku grid used to have a tool-tip/call out feature shown in the image below. The new Postergrid doesn't have this feature. Has anyone created any custom work around or have a suggestion on how to do something like this?

    The new Postergrid doesn’t have built-in tooltip/callout features yet. As a workaround, you can use custom HTML/CSS or JavaScript to create tooltips that appear on hover or click. Alternatively, check if your platform supports adding pop-up text or overlays linked to each grid item.
