I am well aware of what Instant TV Channels provide and support them as a viable option for many!
I get it, I do!
With tons of people contacting me to convert channels I have past information on about Instant TV Channel and other options!
I found many are seeking the fast magic pill solution so they can go in and edit a template and become a developer overnight!
They want a package file that they can edit and convert and charge for! One such client is here and trying to do just that!
We have the Vimeo showcasers coming in droves not understanding they cannot simply use their vimeo showcase in SDK or even on Instant TV Channels! Vimeo stopped supporting OTT and Roku and the video links dont work for OTT anymore!
To Your success

Ferdi,
I'm not sure what you mean about Vimeo not supporting OTT and Roku. While Vimeo may not be as Roku-friendly as they used to be, there are plenty of devs who are currently using Vimeo with Instant TV Channel.
Vimeo Showcases CAN be used in Instant TV Channel, as either a single link to Vimeo (the Roku device grabs the metadata from Vimeo each time the channel loads) or by importing the entire Showcase into Instant TV Channel (the Roku device only talks to Vimeo when displaying a thumbnail or playing a video).
When using a single link to a Vimeo Showcase (not importing), changes can be made on the Vimeo website to the Showcase, and the changes are instantly reflected in the Roku channel.

Thats a great option for many here who want to pay the monthly subscription for a single channel and I got you and understand!
While I have had clients who I worked with me saying its not the easiest as they make it sound and had issues I am still with you!
Now for the rest who want a simple solution and want to develop for clients or have multiple channels of their own and don't want multiple subscriptions I also understand their delemma!
