If you need just one live publishing point with HLS output, the UNLIMITED package should work for you.
If you need something more flexible, you can get a dedicated streaming platform of your choice (Wowza, Adobe, Flussonic, EvoStream, etc) and manage it yourself. You can create as many publishing points as you want (limited only by software/hardware limitations).
