I tried all these and after chatting with your support team MULTIPLE TIMES I have been explained that it's a bug at Roku software and I will be contacted when it's fixed. I need to know when it will be fixed.

Just to follow up: Could you please tell us, are you still having trouble pairing your Roku Speakers? If so, can you please try the following steps?
- Go to Home > Settings > System > Software update > Check now and install any updates.
- After updating, try pairing the soundbar again.
- If the issue continues, factory reset the speakers and attempt pairing once more.
