The test sounds good the tv says the subwoofer is hook-up, and still no sound. I did a reset, and a
factory reset a few times and still no sound. No rush for now. Have a Merry Christmas.

Can you please clarify how you are connecting the Roku Subwoofer? Are you connecting the subwoofer to a Roku Streambar or a Roku TV?
