Roku subwoofer pairs with streambar, but no sound

Streambar and subwoofer paired and worked perfectly for about 6 weeks.  But, now the subwoofer will pair and emit the test tones but no sound during normal play.   What's wrong?

The test sounds good the tv says the subwoofer is hook-up, and still no sound. I did a reset, and a

factory reset a few times and still no sound. No rush for now. Have a Merry Christmas.

    Thanks for the post.

    Can you please clarify how you are connecting the Roku Subwoofer? Are you connecting the subwoofer to a Roku Streambar or a Roku TV?
