Need recommendation for a HDMI splitter

Own a Roku3 and am trying to connect it to both a Onkyo surround sound system and an LG TV.  See many hdmi splitters 1 in, 2 out on Amazon but they all have many complaints.  Looking for a reliable one.  Some splitters are only for video.  I need audio too with a sound system.  Hope someone has advice.  Thanks.

Just a heads up. Currently, we do not have an HDMI splitter available on our Roku website. However, you are welcome to use any HDMI splitter that fits your needs.

    Hope this helps!

    Welcome, brooksr

Since you wanted to connect your Roku 3 to your Onkyo surround sound and LG TV, we recommend not using an HDMI splitter, as the Roku device performs best when plugged directly into the HDMI port of the LG TV or Onkyo receiver.

We suggest connecting the Roku player to the LG TV, and then connecting it to the Onkyo receiver for a better sound system.

    Thanks,

Thanks for the suggestion, but the LG TV is mounted on a wall and the Onkyo and Roku are on the floor next to each other.  It would require another HMDI from the LG to the Onkyo and there is no room in the cable channel for another wire.  I really need a splitter.
