YouTubeTV and YouTube not working

My Roku has long load times and YouTube, YouTubeTV, and a couple other streaming channels have stopped working all together.  Prime, Netflix, and most of the other apps work fine.  Any help would be ...

If you haven't already, try unplugging the Roku for 30 to 60 seconds.

Done that...that did work the first couple of times but no longer does

      Yes did a manual update as prescribed on past threads

        Also deleted the both the YouTube and YouTube TV apps and then reloaded them and now when I click on either of them they don't do anything...don't even attempt to launch like they used to
