Youtube TV error: This Video is unavailable

Please help, "video can not load" on all youtube tv content (Live, Library etc). The tiles and the guide load, even a progress bar on the default program tile works.  3800x streaming stick   yf00af...

no error message just "This video is unavailable"

now getting this on win 10 laptop chrome browser , but works on phone
