You should take your complaint to Youtube/Google since they're solely responsible for how their app works.  I doubt they're interested since they, like a lot of companies these days, seem to do whatever they please.

P.S. - who knew there was a Youtube user here?  Probably not really Youtube and it hasn't visited in over four years.
