Youtube quit working with memory prob

Hi there. Our YouTube quit working, saying there wasn't enough memory. Well somehow I ended up on Noahx's solution.  It sounded corny but I tried it.  It took about 4 times but it worked!!! I was shocked. Thank you so much. I had called YouTube and they couldn't help.

  • Hi, Miked13.

Welcome aboard to the Roku Community!

We understand you also have problems streaming YouTube due to low memory errors. No worries; we're here to assist.

You can try the suggested workarounds below and let us know if this works for you.

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

In either case, your Roku device will complete a system restart and hopefully return to regular operation after a moment.

We hope this helps. Please get back to us if you need more assistance.

    All the best,
    Emman

  • What is the solution?  Nothing here answers that question.  I hate Roku.
