Youtube connection problem

Every time I open youtube, iam getting the message "no connection, connect ro the Internet now or set it up later" try factory reset, network rest, no luck, please help

    Hi Levin,

    Welcome!

    Looks like you're having trouble with the YouTube app. Is this the only channel giving you issues?

    Try switching to a different network, like using a mobile hotspot, and see if that helps with your issue.

    I have an issue with YouTube not letting me sign in on Roku.  The page won't refresh and launch YouTube.  I have several other Roku devices and never had a issue. I've tried everything. reboot, hard restart, uninstall app and reinstall, disconnect internet, etc. etc.  Very frustrating. Please help me.  All other apps are working.

    I got mine to work by opening youtube threw the roku app on my phone while connected to the device giving the issue.
