YesTV - Video Prehook Error

I am trying to watch YesTV (Canada) on my Roku TV and when I try to view the livestream I get a "video prehook error."

I have tried removing the app, restarting, and then re-installing the app multiple times and I still get the error. HDMI Cable is brand new.
