Xfinity app no channels showong

There are certainly no channels available on my Xfinity app. I contacted Xfinity and the problem is not with them. I get error code TVAPP-00500

    Sometimes the Xfinity Stream app acts up. My mother had that issue on occasion, but not a lot.

    1. Remove the app
    2. Reboot the Roku
    3. Reinstall the app

    All three steps, in that order. Then see if it works as expected.
