Xfinity / Comcast Freezes

Hi, I hope someone can help. 
Every few minutes my Xfinity freezes, the only solution is change the channel then go back to the one previously watching.  The Roku TV is 6 months old, It didn’t start doing this, for at least a month after purchase, until I threw away the package it came in  

We don’t have this problem with any other app. Apple, Prime, Netflix, YouTube and more. 
Called Xfinity support they said it’s the TV and contact their tech. support. 

Tried switching from wired to wireless, same issue 

uninstalled the Xfinity app reinstalled, logged; in same issue 

Connected an external Roku to HDMI same issue

Xfinity streams fine on my IPhone 14 and even an older and smaller Roku TV in another part of the house.
