    Thanks for letting us know that you are having trouble streaming on your Roku device. No worries, we would be more than willing to assist you with this.

    Please provide us with the following:

    • What channel and content does this issue occur?
    • What is the model of your Roku device?
    • When did this issue start?
    • Photo of the screen showing the issue. 

      How do I insert an image in a post?

    In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:

    1. Check your Wi-Fi connection
    2. Restart your modem by unplugging it from the power source for 10 seconds and plug it back again.
    3. Restart your Roku device by going to Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
