Wallpaper keeps changing from the one I choose

How do I fix my Roku TV background wall paper , won’t let me choose wallpaper I want,  background is black says Revert to default wallpaper, what does that mean on my TV background is black

    We appreciate you for letting us know about the issue you've encountered, and we'd be more than glad to assist. Kindly perform a system restart to resolve the issue. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. After this, kindly check if you notice any improvements.

    You can disable the seasonal wallpapers under Settings/Theme/Seasonal Wallpapers/[Off].
    Additionally, disable sponsored wallpapers under Settings/Theme/Sponsored Wallpapers/[Off].

    There's no need to restart. This is simply a setting that needs to be changed. Go to Settings > Theme. Click on Theme and you will see the "Theme packs" menu. Scroll down until you see "Seasonal wallpapers" and "Sponsored wallpapers" - make sure they are both turned OFF. This will prevent random wallpapers from appearing.

      I tried everything and my background is still black. How can I get my screen back normal?
