Viki Rakuten access issue

I don’t use either but I can no longer watch Viki rakuten I can watch every other place and I already removed the restarted my tv and added it back what do I do next?

        I assume they check for VPNs the same way I do - by calling one of the VPN checking services which tells them if the current IP address is on their current list of bad addresses.  It's an imperfect technology, but VPNs try to hide so companies "try their best" to track them.

        I would start by checking your IP address against a variety of VPN checking services.  I think you'll probably be listed on at least one.  I think if your ISP allows a VPN to exit on some IP addresses of a range, the entire IP range may get marked as a VPN even if "innocent" users are mixed in.  You may want to talk to your ISP about that.

        You can also check out the link in the error message - in particular the "Still Having Issues?" at the bottom which leads to a contact page.  They might be able to add an exception in your case.  (If they believe you and their system allows for exceptions...)
