Videos won’t play on YouTube

when I try to play any YouTube video it is blank and nothing plays. I can see the home page but nothing plays. I checked other apps and they work. I followed instruction to uninstall the app and also did factory reset, nothing working

    We understand that you have been having trouble streaming YouTube due to a playback error. We're here to help you sort this thing out. 

    Could you please provide the following information below?

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
    • Photo or short video clip of the incident. 

    We would be more than happy to help. Providing all the details above will make us one step ahead in resolving this issue.
