Video quality on Insignia Roku TV

By the looks at the last two digits of this TV it is 2018 model year. I have never ever been able to watch 4K without the picture totally washed out, like white out. Absolutely terrible. Tried watching tonight’s Direct TV streaming broadcast of the allstar game as it was broadcast in 4K on Direct TV but the same! It’s like watching in a snow storm! Tried chat…… don’t waste your time it’s an absolute waste! I have seen other postings of this issue

Please help, someone! Just use the TV for streaming. I would really like to see what it looks like. Should have purchased a LG TV.
