We understand that you are seeing an error message stating "Scores Unavailable" when you access the High Score screen of the Video Poker app. We are here to help you with this.
We recommend you try the following:
- Check the app for update
> Highlight the app
> Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote
> Check for updates - Uninstall the app and system restart your Roku device
- Reinstall again the app
If the issues continue, please contact the Video Poker channel provider directly for further assistance as they control and develop their app through the Roku streaming platform.
