renchilada I don't think there is any way of upgrading to Premium Plus when you are subscribed through Roku. I agree with andyross in that I never subscribe using Roku. This doesn't solve your problem but when subscribed through Peacock you can upgrade from Premium to Premium Plus on a computer by logging into the Peacock account, you do not need a Roku device.
Roku billing is kind of like the TV controls on a Roku remote. They cover the basics, but only the basics. But at least with the TV you can grab the real remote if you need to. With Roku payments you are pretty stuck until the end of the billing cycle.
