Unable to stream on Netflix error "You seem to be using a VPN or Proxy"

The Netflix app on my TCL Roku TV is giving me the error 'You seem to be using a VPN or Proxy.' I am not using a VPN or Proxy. I can access Netflix with no issues on my computer, phone, and tablet all connected to the same WiFi. I get the same error when trying to cast from one of these other devices to the TV through the app.

I've tried the following with no resolution:

1. Remove Netflix app, restart device and reinstall app.

2. Reset network connection on device.

3. Reset modem and router.

4. Factory reset device.

Are there any other recommendations how to fix this or thoughts about why this would only be an issue on a Roku TV?

    After attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels, which play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. The channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku. In this case, an issue within that specific channel likely needs to be addressed with an update from them.
