Have "NOT" heard from Roku support for 3 weeks ...did not include "NOT" in previous post.
Roku employees here are 110% useless and just give lip service, acting like they're collecting data, but it won't be used for any real investigating of the issue, they're basically stringing you along for appearances.
Yes, their development has been seriously declining in quality.
Yes, the latest OS is LOADED with bugs.
No, Roku doesn't know how to virtualize and test their software, they just push it to paying customers and hope it blows over.
I am switching all of my devices to Nvidia Shields. An open ecosystem, google and android compatible, 4K and HDR support for latest TV's, NO ADS ANYWHERE except within apps and content which nvidia can't control. And COMPETENT developers who provide regular improvements via updates instead of breaking more things than they fix like Roku.
