TV no response when watching NFL

I have searched all over for a reason why my tv stops responding to my remote buttons except the home, power, and settings buttons. Only happens while watching some (NFL especially) antenna broadcast...

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

    Once this step has been performed, your Roku device will reboot. After this, you can access the broadcast content and see if you notice any improvements.
