Looking at the in-app purchasing screen for the channel I'm getting this error everytime I try and make a change:
"We are experiencing problems contacting the service. Please try submitting your changes again or refreshing your web browser."
This might be the cause of your problems.
I've been refreshing about every 2 hours. I'll try again soon. Thank you
