TCL Roku TV apps missing after adding Roku cameras

my girlfriend recently got Roku cameras to watch the animals. When she added it to our bedroom tv it ended up taking away the shortcuts for the hdmi modes and the actual shortcut button itself. In settings both boxes are checked in shortcuts so it should be on the screen but It’s not. It’s a lot of work to scroll through the setting and go to hdmi mode and choose which one I want. Plz help

its a tlc Roku tv 65 inch

    Thanks for sharing this!

It looks like the Roku TV apps on your Home screen are missing, and we'd like to help!

Have you tried restarting the Roku TV?

    Here's how:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

Still, having problems? Let us know so we can explore more troubleshooting!

They pop up for not even a second after it powers back on and then disappears again with just normal apps showing like the camera app, YouTube, Spotify ect.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop, King_1148!

Could you send us a photo of your Roku Home screen so we can take a closer look? Also, have you noticed any recent updates before this happened? Can you check out the latest software version of the Roku TV? (under Settings > System > About).

We look forward to hearing from you soon!
