SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE ON TWO CHANNELS

2 Channels ABC 6 & Fox 28 on my spectrum app will be playing then system unavailable will come up. I can do a system restart and they will work but it happens again. Spectrum came out, checked everything, put a new modem in, had me install the spectrum app on my phone and watched those 2 channels and it didn't happen. He says it was my TV. Updates are current & I periodically clear the cache. The TV is a year old this month. Any ideas? This just started within the last 2 months.

    Since this is happening inside the Spectrum app added to your channel lineup, we highly recommend directly coordinating this with the channel providers themselves for further assistance as they manage and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform independently.
