Thanks for that confirmation. Could you try pairing the remote by following these steps:
- If your remote has one, hold the Pairing button for 20 seconds
- If no pairing button, press and hold Back + Home for 20 seconds
- Wait for the light on your remote to stop flashing

Don't see anything that looks like a pairing button.
I did press BACK + Home at the same time for well over 20 seconds. No change
There is no light on the remote.
It looks like your Roku remote is no longer paired with your Roku device. Could you let us know which Roku device you're having issues with, and whether you're using the remote that came with it?
