Streaming apps on the Roku Ultra have no audio

Starting over the weekend my Roku Ultra started losing sound in streams. Sound works at the Roku launch screen and within the apps (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) but then when a show is started there is no sounds. Exiting the stream and sounds is restored. If I go to a different app and the sound drops when a stream is started. The only way to fix the issue is to reboot the device and the sound during the stream works. The issue will return in a day or so. Anyone have an idea of what my be going on?

    You may need to perform a system update on your Roku. Let us walk you through it.

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Software update
    5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

      I've tried that but there isn't an update for my system. I will get the necessary information to you later today.
