Sling TV Says New App Version Available but it won't load
I have followed the instructions:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Scroll up or down and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select System update.
- Select Check Now to manually check for updates.
- Restart your Roku device through Settings > System > Power > Power > System restart.
But I go to Sling again, either from the menu or the button on my remote and it still displays the same message. New App Version Available ...

It looks like your following the steps to check for software update on the Roku device, rather than checking for a channel update.
From the Home screen, try selecting the Sling channel and pressing the * button and choosing Check for updates.
