Thank you for sharing your experience, and I'm really sorry you had to endure that abuse! 🤬 I really like a lot of things on Fandango; the easy access to cast and reviews, Tomato🍅Meter, trailers, and Movies Anywhere linking for purchases, the ability to grow one's library with confidence their investment is secure--plus the ability to use among various platforms, mobile, Roku, web browsers, etc. I even made a mistake on Vudu/Fandango last year, thought i was buying a TV Series when i only clicked and bought a single Season--things Row8 doesn't even cover--and Fandango was easy to call and issued my refund quickly.😀 However, the low prices advertised for Row8 made me investigate it just for a few minutes. This proves what they say: "let the buyer beware” and "we get what we pay for!”
Anyway, the others here are not having the same problems you've had, and technical glitches can occur—which is why an available and helpful Customer Service arm is a must for a company. As far as glitches go, i had to wrestle just today to get my Fandango Android app to download a couple 45-minute Star Trek Voyager episodes, but this sounds nothing like what you've experienced!
