Roku ultra remote pausing and fast-forwaring by itself

-The remote is fully charged.

-The unit is not that old.

-There is nothing wrong with the internet connection.

-This mainly happens when streaming programs from streaming channels like HBO Max, Prime, and Netflix. It does not really happen when I am using the media player and playing files from a USB drive.

Why is this happening and is it fixable?
