  • Hi there,

Try a power cycle (turn off, unplug, wait 30 seconds, replug, turn on).

Has the TV suffered any recent impacts? Unfortunately even small impacts can cause color issues on newer flat screens.

After power cycling, try a factory reset (I know it's not convenient) and see if that works.

If you could give the brand and model that helps too! 🙂

    Thanks!

I have had the same problem and have factory reset the tv but it continues to happen. What do I do?

Joshegg65  What is the brand and model of TV?  How old is it?  Have you unplugged power for 1 minute or two?    What specifically is it doing?

      TCL 65" Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR Smart Roku TV - 65S41

Im having the same problem. Menu screens on any app, or the roku menu for the tv itself work, navigate, and display normally. As soon as it switches, or if a video is playing on that menu or navigation screen, the display in the video is only in red and blue and green and its all out of whack. Video still plays, sound is normal, no buffering or anything. But the appearance, its almost like a photo negative. But in black, red/blue/green, real dark tint.

Display adjustments, power cycle, reset, nothing fixes. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
