Roku Tv purchased with new home and can’t download paid apps

We purchased a home and all its contents, including the Roku tv. I’ve created a Roku account and have a PIN number but it doesn’t work. I have a paid subscription to Pure Flix and can’t watch this on...

When you created your Roku account, did you also "Factory Reset" this RokuTV that came with the house?

Meaning, did you setup and activate your RokuTV using this new Roku account?  (ie. can't just turn on the RokuTV and start using a Roku account created online.)

Trying to figure if you are new to Roku or have setup Roku devices/RokuTVs before.

Is your correct Roku account (email address) showing under Settings/System/About on the RokuTV?
