Roku TV & Roku Premiere shutting off

Roku keeps going back to home screen on its own while watching on any app.  On Roku TV, Roku express and premiere.  Help!

    We appreciate you for sharing this information with us, and we're sorry to hear about the trouble you've encountered with apps going back to the Home Screen while streaming. We'd be glad to assist. As a start, kindly perform a system restart on your Roku TV and Roku device. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart.

    After this step, the Roku TV or device will reboot. Then, access those apps again to see if the issue persists.
