Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.
We understand your concern regarding the decline in performance of your Roku device, which has been stuck on the Channel Tiles on the Home Screen.
Based on your post, you are using the Roku Stick 3500 model which is part of the Legacy models that are no longer supported and cannot run the latest software updates. This means that apps and channels are now incompatible since your Roku device is unable to run the latest software updates as well as the new versions of the apps on Roku.
