Roku Streaming Stick 4K Error Code 022

Hello, I know this question has been posted before but I am not seeing a resolution. I promise I am hsomewhat tech savvy but for the life of me, I cannot figure this out. The previous cord for my Roku Streaming Stick 4K started to fray, so I purchased a replacement one, but I keep getting the wireless connection error. I have plugged into the wall, plugged into a USB port. I see options to do a reset, but I can’t even get past the error page/to the main screen. It’s beyond frustrating. Can anyone help? 😔

    We would be more than happy to assist you, but we will need more details. Can you provide us with a screenshot of the error that you are seeing on screen? Which cord did you replace on your Roku Streaming Stick? Can you explain how the Roku Streaming Stick is connected and what cords are connected?
