Roku Premiere 3920RW Sound Issue

Twice during the VOD movie on Roku Premiere 3920RW (Roku Premiere (3920 series) ), I noticed changes in volume at specific times. The volume decreased, followed by popping sounds for a few minutes before reaching 0, and then it suddenly recovered. However, upon rewinding and playing back, the issue did not occur at the same points. On the other hand, I have tested 15 different movies from various providers on Roku Ultra 4880X (Roku Ultra (4800 series)) # and have not experienced any volume-related proble

    Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for posting regarding what you are experiencing with volume.

    Have you tried replacing the batteries in your Roku device remote to see if that helps resolve the issue?
