Thanks for letting us know about the issue with the Roku app not working on your Roku device. I’m here to help.
Try deleting the app and then reinstalling it, that usually does the trick. Also, don't forget to restart your Roku device or TV first by going to Settings > System > Power/System Restart before you add the app back.

I tried that after seeing it suggested and didn’t work. I just tried again now and still doesn’t work

- Is there an error code?
- When the issue happened (Has it been recent, or since you first got your device?)

I replied but it never sent.
there’s no error code, it just quickly refreshes the screen. This is for every show/movie, trailer, anything. So there’s nothing to take a picture of

- Tracker and GC (Home 5x, Back 5x)
- Which specific app(s) are affected? (Is this the only app affected?)
- A picture of the error code
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

This is happening on my TV as well. Only Roku Channel not working. Everything seems fine until you try to watch. Just beeps and does nothing.

Hi. Just found this response in my junk email. Yeah i tried everything...nothing has changed. Uninstalling, reinstalling, software updating, etc etc etc.... Given up on trying to use the ROKU channel. Too bad really. I used to really like it.
