Roku Channel not working

I am using a VPN and my Roku Chanel’s are not working. What do I need to do to fix this issue. Done the system reset. Done the system power down. Reset up my my account??

Could you let us know about...

  • Where you are currently located?
  • Also, is this only happening on The Roku Channel, or you're also encountering the same behavior on your other channels? 
  • Any error message when trying to stream?
  • Can you provide a photo or short video of the exact behavior of the app?

In the meantime, please try these quick fixes below and see if that resolves the issue:

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.
