We have the same problem on our Roku Ultras. The movie is only in Spanish and cannot be changed. Please fix thanks
I am trying to watch The Ugly Truth on my tv but it will only play in spanish, I have checked all my settings and they are set to english, while watching the movie i goto Accessibility & Language then i scroll ti Audio track and it says spanish is the only available track, but if i open the roku app on my phone it will play in english. I have been to the main settings on the home screen under audio then preferred language and it is set to english, also system then language and it is set to english, and also Accessibility then captions preferred language and it is set to english, any help would be great
Only the Trailer plays in English
