Roku and DGO (Direct TV Go)

I just subscribed to DGO through my RokuTV. But cant use it at all.

 

1. I have no user in miDIRECTTV

  -roku didnt send me any codes/registrations to use the app, and login info of Roku does not work.

2. Got no way to login to the app and use it, nor in DGO Webpage through phone/computer

3. The webpage of DGO not even working, cant make a user, cant connect my roku 

4. Just lost close to 20 000 CLP.

5. My bank wont refund me, roku not answering. Literally stealing money.

6. This sucks, don't buy.

    I don't know about DGO, but many of the premiums one subscribes to through Roku are accessed from inside The Roku Channel, not through the premium's channel app.
