Roku 4K Express using Xfinity Stream app
I have been trying to resolve this issue for at least a month. My Xfinity Stream app on my Roku is getting the TV-app00101 error, which says that I can "only use the app with my home network" I've spent hours on the phone with Xfinity. Everything is set up correctly and on my home network. I've had this Roku for several years as well as another Roku in the bedroom (also a 4K Express). The bedroom Roku had been working correctly the past month. The only recent change was that I added Internet and TV with Xfinity and a Roku to a vacation home about 3-4 months ago. Everything in both locations had been working fine until about a month ago. So to summarize, both houses are on the same Xfinity account as well as all Rokus. I feel like something is going on that either the Roku or Xfinity is not recognizing that all devices are truly on their own home internet wifi. (no traveling recently where I used the Xfinity Stream app in a different location) HELP!
PS I've done all the suggestions that I could find, even resorting to a factory reset, which didn't work.
