Roku 3900WR/RW blinking white then turning off.

So, my roku I just got it from somebody, I plugged it in, then it pops up the roku loading up menu or loading screen, then after a couple seconds of it, it starts blinking white, after 8 blinks, it turns off, then I can’t turn it on until i un-plug and plug back in, I have tried resetting, trying diffrent cords, same cords that came with it, and updated and factory reseted it from recovery mode.

    Have you tried using another HDMI port on your TV for troubleshooting purposes? Also, have you tried connecting your Roku device to another TV to see if you are seeing the same issue occur?
